The Alpine Custom Ready to Build Swing Set Kit might not be everyone’s idea of fun. There is quite a bit of DIY necessary to assemble it, ideally done with two people. But if you are a bit of a handyman / handywoman, this option can save you quite a lot of money in the end. The kit does not include any wood or nails/screws, which you have to buy separately. It does, though, include an accurate materials list and easy to follow instructions. It might be worth your while shopping around for the best wood available to get the best price and product. The kit does include 2 swing seats, 1 multi-colored tarp, 1 pair of safety handles, 2 pairs of swing hangers, 1 Torx Head Drill bit, 30 time-saving brackets and self-drilling lag screws. The end result is a swing set that looks great in any garden and one that can accommodate quite a few kids playing at the same time. It would certainly be a great piece of play equipment to own. In my opinion, if you like to build and don’t shy away from DIY, this Alpine Custom Ready to Build Swing Set Kit would make a great investment. You will have all the fun of building it, be proud of your handywork and be able to watch your kids enjoying it afterwards.
