Buying A House

How To Choose A Home

Location, location, location. How many times do we hear this? Location seems to be the most important factor in house prices. If you are thinking on buying a home, consider that the location will have the greatest impact on the asking price.

Buy the less improved house in the best neighborhood you can afford. That is a good investment. It should not be as expensive as the others because it would be need of some repair. Now you can do the improvements or expand -which is bothersome, but not as expensive as buying the finished product- and you may end up with the best house in the neighborhood without having paid for it as much as your neighbors. Keep it or sell it for profit.
